Conversation and Connection

Tolky helps adults discover people with shared languages and interests and connect through audio, video and other supported communication features. Conversations are between users; they are not professional healthcare consultations.

Our Core Focus

Our purpose is to make peer conversation easier to find. Features include:

• Relevant discovery: Find people using profile languages, interests and availability.
• Real-time conversation: Connect through audio or video, subject to permissions, availability and network conditions.
• User controls: Manage favourites, block unwanted contact, report concerns and contact support.

The Tolky Service Model

Tolky is operated by CEIONIX TECHNOLOGIES LLP. Users choose who to contact and what information to share. Please understand:

• Peer interactions: We do not guarantee that a person will answer, stay connected or provide a particular experience. A verification label is not a guarantee of identity, adulthood, professional qualifications or safe conduct.
• Privacy and safety: We use technical access controls and moderation measures, but cannot promise complete confidentiality, uninterrupted safety or continuous monitoring of live conversations. The Privacy Policy explains what is collected, who can access it and how to request deletion.
• Paid features: Eligible services use purchased in-app credits and the rates shown in the app. Purchases do not override safety rules. See the Refund Policy for payment errors and review requests.

Adults-Only Community and Safety

Tolky is for adults aged 18 or older. Our community rules prohibit objectionable content, harassment, exploitation, impersonation and scams.

Use Report User on a profile where available, or Help/Support, and explain what happened in the text field. No previous call or message is required. Blocking is separate and stops further contact in both directions. Email tolkyhelp@gmail.com if these controls are unavailable in your app version.

We screen supported editable text, review new custom profile images and review safety reports. Our response target is within 24 hours, with escalation of unresolved reports. This is not a guarantee of complete resolution within 24 hours. Moderators may remove content, end calls, suspend or ban accounts; support can receive appeals.

Regulatory & Medical Disclosure

Non-Clinical Status: Tolky is a peer-conversation and social connection platform. It is important to note that Tolky is not a medical, psychiatric, or clinical healthcare provider. Our services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The platform supports peer-to-peer conversations and is not intended for emergency medical response or the treatment of acute mental health conditions.

Do not rely on another user's conversation as a substitute for qualified professional care. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service rather than waiting for a support report to be reviewed.
