These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between MUHAMMED SHAHAN T ("Website Owner", "we", "us", or "our") and the users of the Tolky platform ("you" or "your"). Tolky is a digital platform that enables users to discover profiles, connect through audio or video calls, send gifts, and purchase in-app coins to access platform services.

By accessing the website, mobile application, or any related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform.

Eligibility and Account Use

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering or using the platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your registered account.

Platform Services

Tolky provides access to digital services, including profile discovery, in-app communication, coin purchases, gifting, and related platform features. The availability of features may change from time to time without prior notice.

Payments and Coin Purchases

• Users may purchase in-app coins through supported payment methods.
• Coins are a platform utility used to access eligible digital services on Tolky.
• Pricing, promotional offers, and coin plans may be revised at any time.
• Once coins are used for completed services, they are treated as consumed digital value.

Acceptable Use

• You may not use the platform for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass the platform or its security controls.
• You may not use Tolky for professional advice requiring licensed practitioners unless explicitly stated by us.

Third-Party Services

Certain parts of the platform may rely on third-party infrastructure, payment providers, mobile app stores, analytics, and communication services. Your use of those services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

Termination and Suspension

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, India.
